Nendoroid

xkiraxRGBlv94 giorno/i faAsk MFC
Hi everyone! ^^

I'm thinking about maybe buying some nendoroids in the future, but I wanted to know something beforehand... does they only stand with their transparent "pole" on, or it's possible for them to be displayed without it? Same for the bases, is it necessary to use them in order to make nendoroids stand?

Thanks in advance, and sorry for my mistakes.

SageGuy (3 giorno/i fa) #24654056I'm looking at my shelf, and the stands aren't that noticeable when you look at them head-on. But every figure requires some sort of stand to stay up. Unless they are laying down or sitting of course.

Ok, so they aren't that outstanding... thanks again x)

I feel sorry for your figure...I hope it's not too noticeable. I want to thank both of you for your answers, I still wonder if I'll able to get over the usual dislike I feel about that transparent stand...but at least I know for sure I can't remove it safely.

SageGuy (4 giorno/i fa) #24621194Most of them can't stand on their own and require a stand of some sort. But the square base isn't necessary.PeanutButter (4 giorno/i fa) #24621287I just want to add that it is hellish making them stand on their own. I had to deal with them toppling over at every opportunity for a photo and it really detered me from going further into photographing figures. My most expensive one got a bunch of tiny paint transfers on her.

Titan_Scientist (4 giorno/i fa) #24617271They need the stand/pole part, but you can remove them from the square/round/rectangular base and just stand them using that to prop them up, instead of having them on the base.

Thank you for your answer. ^^ Now with both replies I understand what is required to make them stand.. thank you again

Seiki (4 giorno/i fa) #24616708They require a stand/base of some sort, even if you don't want to use the one they come with. Their legs are too small and their heads too large for them to support their own weight under most circumstances. Sitting/Kneeling poses (for those that allow it) and a select few characters do not require the base.

Ok I see, that's what I wanted to know, thanks for your really quick answer ^^
So, I'll keep on thinking if I give it a try or not x)
