I'm happy to have been able to start displaying my merch properly.

I have a little more room for more here and I also have a dresser but most of that is going to be taken up by ITEM #617479 whenever it is I get him. I might eventually have to see if I can get some help installing extra shelves but overall I probably should be careful buying more...

I know I'm ruling out most poseable stuff for starters. Only occasionally will I make exceptions. I'm also starting to have some buyers regret too regarding my Jojo SAS figs. Same with some of my other figs I just have in storage. Don't see myself ever really doing anything with them in the future so I should sell them I guess. I honestly don't know. I would like to put my excess Kid figures in my bathroom maybe for a nautical pirate aesthetic since I wanted to kinda work on that anyway but I feel like hot and wet air from showers would probably damage them.

tharglet (1 anno/i fa) #41815355If you're storing stuff away with no plans to get it back out, I'd probably set up a limit/criteria for when an item should be sold. If it's been sat around in a closet for some months, and you've pretty much forgotten it's there, I'd regard the money as better freed up for other stuff.
If you're awaiting a situation where you have more display space, or reobtaining the item on the aftermarket is pretty much a no-go, it may transcend the rules.
Wouldn't recommend displaying figures in the bathroom. Only two rooms I don't is the bathroom and the kitchen. Not sure the conditions would directly damage them, but you could get calcium deposits on them over time, which is an arse to get of most surfaces, so wouldn't want to try and get that off a figure. Also if they're figures with any kind of crevices, you could get a mould buildup, which would be grim, and the plastic most figures are made out of is porous, so even if you do clean up the mould you can see, it could potentially regrow again. And getting rid of mould inside the figure would likely mean having to use cleaning products that would damage it.
The porousness of the plastic is also why the kitchen is a bad idea - don't want my figure smelling of food.

Damn it really be like dat sometimes. Yeah though I legit sometimes forget some stuff I got so I prob should just sell them even if it's for cheap
