Commenti Hisone to Masotan Minimum Factory - Plamax - Model Kit

  • Nice to see this! The Minimum Factory kits don't seem to get a lot of attention and it feels like there aren't a lot of photos of them completed, but they're neat kits.

These kits turned out great for your first try! Just a question, what kind of paints did you use and would you recommend them?

Thanks! I am by no means an expert on model kit paints, but I used both Tamiya Color Acrylic Paint and Mr. Hobby “Mr. Color” Paint for this project. And from my experience they both worked great, but the Mr. Hobby paints had a much stronger smell. I would probably go with the Tamiya paints for future projects just because of that, but the overall quality of both paints was good.

This look really great! I strongly prefer your painting to mine on this kit. I had issues with not thinning my paint enough, and I didn't even try to get any gradients. For your first time painting a kit, you did a fantastic job!

I’m glad I was able to help! And thank you so much (^∇^)
