The clear base you see in the main picture here is just used as a placeholder by manufacturers and to hold the prototype. In most cases we won't know how the final base looks until the figure is out. Some Manufacturer have active blogs or twitter accounts where they show the real thing right before release.
Oh right that makes sense well her final base has turned out really nicely anyways and is really fitting with the whole piece.

I have this figure but she comes on a white base with "Sir Percival" written on the front in gold. I'm confused as to why there are different bases nonetheless I love the detail on this figure and she has a damn fine body too. She came out looking a whole lot better than expected!
