hey! happy to help and sorry to hear that! so i did some digging because i've only purchased in stock off the american warehouse and PO'd with the japanese one. so, assuming that both figures have been released and were PO'd from the japanese warehouse they should have shipped. did they send you/them an email about delays? or any potential shipping issues? i found a few FAQ articles that may help, hopefully? please feel free to ignore this and the paragraph below if you've already explored these avenues, haha.

if you or your partner hasn't already, you can also contact them and ask about shipping and any delays pertaining to the order(s)! TOM CS is very helpful and replied promptly when i had to contact them regarding a shipping issue.

regarding this figure, i don't believe there will be any major delays or issues once TOM has their stock of her. they seem to be pretty good about shipping stuff out from what i've read and delays and such from the japanese warehouse seem to be the exception not the norm.
