I believe that you must be a really hardcore fan if you get this phone(that includes me), as it's not the newest one out there. If you don't mind the limited performance that comes with it, then that's good.

My phone has a big issue where i can't use bluetooth and non of the vocalo-p songs could download(which was very disappointing, since this was my reason to purchase it). I was offered to send it back to get checked if it really had a problem or maybe get a replacement if it did but since December was near and it was inconvenient since my old phone was practically dead, i kept it. Other than that any other contents worked just fine. The service was excellent from the store where i purchased it, the staff was very friendly and helped me till the end despite my trouble. I'm not the best with technology, so i'll probably look into it when i get another phone. I might as well have been the only one to have gotten unlucky with a bad one among the 39,000 or i did something wrong when i set it at first despite following instructions. Well, whatever what's done is done.

The cover has a nice textured feel to it. I recommend putting it in a case to protect it, especially a transparent one if you want to see it.

Note: The phone isn't numbered. Be aware that the little Miku butler doesn't talk unless you're using a docomo proxy sim and no it's not Miku's voice(eats battery, better disable it). You'll need a docomo proxy sim to download the exclusive Miku content apps. The antenna is useless, unless you live in Japan. It's a Japanese phone so you can't disable the camera sound, unless you're good with technology and have time to look into it(if you don't mind the sound you're all good, but you can get startled if you didn't expect it). The content exclusive apps and some others are still in Japanese even if you chose the English settings(not a big deal to try out). You can put a strap at the bottom, but you'll have to open the cover to do it. Doesn't include an HDMI output via Micro USB MHL Adapter Cable and AC adapter charger. The phone charger docking stand and wireless earphone set is plain without a design on them but are of a blue green color.

Got mine unlocked from amazonJP (asked the seller to unlock it for me) for a total of 57k yen (3.5k unlock fee, yeah, had to pay him for the hassle). Confirmed it with a local SIM here in the Philippines and it's working very well.

Just a note: You can't do the Software Update and Android version up in the Settings since it requires the docomo WiFi (which you need a docomo SIM perhaps). Other apps do auto-update though, so there's no problem with that.

Offline available in Akihabara with unlock (additional 3kJPY).

When in Akihabara, look for a small store selling phones and tablets next to Traders4.
Got mine for 52K and one for a friend for 47K (sale, few days later)

3G/4G compatible, confirmed working in at least two EU countries with mobile data, does come with Docomo apps which require a Docomo SIM.
