No, it shouldn’t. You can try get in contact with GSC for a replacement as they have him available again in the “On Sale” section. Or, you could get a bit of super glue and leave it overnight to bond.

i received him from GSC about a week or two ago and as soon as i opened him, the pin on his hat fell off :/ not sure if it was supposed to.. can anyone confirm?
