Immediately after release you'll probably find him on Amiami. A LOT of figures tend to stay up for a few days after release due to cancelled preorders and with this guy getting delayed so hard so many times I'd imagine there'll be one to snag.
As Kirachan said, I got mine a few weeks ago by checking the amiami page regularly. So you might even be able to find him before release.
