Ouch, sorry to hear that...I had to contact them like 4-5 times in a MONTH regarding my order until they finally replied (yesterday morning, to be precise) that they shipped the figure. They also said the were going to give me the tracking number last night, but eeeeh they haven't sent it to me yet. So more waiting, I guess :/ No idea what is happening with this shop atm, but as far as I know it's legit, so I'm trying to be patient.

Ah okay. Well, I never bought from them, but I know it's a legit shop. It happens from time to time that shops have too many orders to handle them all in an appropriate time.
But it also seems like other users had some bad experiences with them during the Last weeks, too. club/72/discuss...
Think only thing you can do is wait a bit longer, message them again during this week and if you don't get a shipping notification within 7-14 days use PayPal to get your money back. :/

Anyhow if you've paid via PayPal you don't have to worry about your money if they don't ship it.
