SHIPPING OPTIONS:
- EU: Mondial Relay (for Belgium, Luxembourg, Spain, Germany, Austria, Portugal, Italy, the Netherlands), Colissimo (national french postal service).
- International: Colissimo.
EU SHIPPING:
Every product will get its shipping quotation regarding the total weight of the package.
- DELIVERY: Each package has both a tracking number and a priority shipment (3-5 days with Colissimo, 5 days with Mondial Relay).
- PROCESSING TIME: Your product(s) will be sent 1-2 days after ordering.
I send from France, the French postal service needs your phone number + your signature (or someone else at your home) upon receipt of the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Every product will get its shipping quotation regarding the total weight of the package + the recipient country.
- DELIVERY: Each package has both a tracking number and a priority shipment (3-10 days).
- PROCESSING TIME: Your product(s) will be sent 2-4 days after ordering.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
I accept payment through PayPal only.
PRODUCT CONDITION:
- MIB: Kept in a storage + in its original box.
- PRE-OWNED FIGURES: Kept in a glass cabinet (from x period of time), away from direct sunlight in a smoke free room. My pre-owned figures were dusted regularly (1 time every 3 months).
PARCEL INSURANCE:
A basic insurance is provided free of charge (25 euros insured). The national french postal service offers a paid insurance option which allows you to specifically insure the value of your parcel in increments of €100, up to €1,000, in case of loss or damage. It is available for all destinations.
EU insurance prices :
- Up to €300 : +5€
- Up to €400 : +6€
- Up to €500 : +7€
- etc...
Without this insurance, I cannot be held responsable if your package gets lost or damaged during transit, only 25 euros will be refunded under the free insurance provided by either the post office or Mondial Relay.
Please be assured that I make sure each product are packed safely. I will also follow the tracking step by step and keep you updated.
PRICE&DISCOUNTS:
I am open to negotiation.
RESERVATION:
Reservation is not accepted, unless you pay a deposit for it (5€ if your order is less than 150€, and 10€ if you order is more than 150€).
Reservation is free of charge if you are already a customer of mine, or someone I know on MFC.
