I haven't seen a thread about them. I was wondering if anyone has had a good experience with this shop. They do have some Nendoroids that i can't find anymore as well as many other things.

They're pretty good. I ordered several times from them (several Figma & Nendoroids, and last time a Macross DX Chogokin YF-29 Durandal Valkyrie) and they're always very fast. They have most new releases available at decent prices, and then some more limited/rare oldies - very reasonable pricing compared to other shops who are often sold out anyway. Good communication too. They can group several orders if you ask them nicely :)

Also last but not least, their packaging was literally bullet-proof!!! Good to mention :)
Anyway I recommend their service: reliable and fast as far as I'm concerned!

I just got my first order with Nin-Nin and I can vouch for this. That was easily the safest packed figure I've received in a long time.

My order went super smooth. Ordered an in stock item, paid immediately. It was shipped out within a day (via FedEX) and arrived in little under a week. No complaints here. I'll probably start using them more often.

I'm 4 months late, but I think they do. I pre-ordered www.nin-nin-gam... from them and "YANNICK BONNAUD IAT PAYPAL IAT" charged the $53 final payment w/ shipping to my bank account (Funny thing is, they jut raised the price to that item by 10 bucks overnight).

By the looks of the shop feedback here shop/86/feedbac... Marika21 confirms paying right away for a pre-order, and also receiving the pre-order, so I am relieved that they can be reliable with pre-orders.

Sweet, that's good to know! They have a bunch of older nendoroids that i want and a couple video game editions that are long sold out at other webites! :3

Pre orders indeed have to be paid at the time of order. I pre ordered ITEM #146229, together with the in stock ITEM #106245, from them and immediately had to pay my order in full including the estimated shipping costs (I paid with PayPal).

The same thing happened with ITEM #146229. I ordered her for 13890, after a week she was sold out but another week later she was back for 16890!

Is anyone having trouble with nin-nin games lately?
I pre-ordered shimakaze from them (and they say it's in stock since the 31th of march) but I have yet to receive a shipping email :(
I also sent them two emails to which they still haven't answered.. should i start to panic?

I've had my Shimakaze pre-ordered from there since Jan. or Feb. Even tho they said it was in stock on 31st of March, they only shipped mine on the 18 of April.
I'm expecting her tomorrow to arrive :3

I ordered a figure from nin nin game too, but that was on Thursda evening, waited over the weekends and it's Monday now, I sent them an email asking whether they have shipped my order or not but they haven't reply yet, I guess that it is because I sent the email on the weekends,. I hope the will ship my order today.
Seems like their service is becoming poorer in these days.
Still awaiting for response.

Did you get "your message has been correctly sent" mail?
I messaged them last week, and they replied on same day. This is my first time buying from them, so I can't say how customer service is usually.

I paid my order on the 26th and haven't heard from them after placing my order. My order status still says they're waiting for my payment. I know only Monday was a business day in Japan but I still can't help to be a little worried as this was my very first bank wire payment. Not sure if I did everything correctly.

From what I know international bank wire can take up to 10 working days to be processed depending on the country you are wiring to and the banks involved.

So if you tranfered the money on the 26th they wouldn't even have started processing the transfer before Friday,Saturday and Sunday are off,that leaves Monday and Tuesday for processing so it could be they are just slow processing the transfer. Also consider that Nin Nin game staff might be on holidays now so even if the money arrived they won't update the order until they are back I guess.

So I would not worry at this point.

I only checked the store feedback and this thread and they seemed decent. And I went with them because this was the only store that had the fig I wanted in stock fo a good price :<

My bank says it shouldn't take more than 1 business day as Nin-Nin-Game's bank is located in France (and they use IBAN too). That's why I really hope to hear from them as soon as possible and that the long holidays in Japan are ther reason for the delay, that my order status is not updated yet. I will contact them next Tuesday if I don't hear fom them by that.

Just got some mail that they've received my bank wire payment. Let's see how this goes.

My order hasn't been shipped yet so I went to check my order history and I noticed this:

2015/01/05 11:02:14 Payment accepted
2015/01/05 11:01:31 Pre-order confirmed
2014/12/26 18:13:12 Awaiting bank wire payment

It was an in-stock item so what does "Pre-order confirmed" means? Is this normal DD:


What's the best way to contact them?
I'm also worried I chose a shipping method that my country doesn't accept. I just picked the cheapest option in hurry and now I see "Economy-Registered" and I think it's reg. Small Packet. I wonder why it even was available for my country, this doesn't happen with other stores >__>

They didn't answer to my message so I kept bothering their twitter which helped: got a message today saying they don't have stock and my order is cancelled and I'll get a refund within 10 days.

well, right before I got that message I also had gotten a notification that the item I ordered was orderable again. But that wasn't the case anymore when I checked the page, it said sold out. Not sure what that meant..

Overall, I'm really disappointed in their service. To sell something they don't even have, slow order process and slow replies. They're really hard to contact.
I wish there won't be any problems with the refund process (as it was a bank wire payment).
